Netradyne and GreenLine unite for safety innovation
Under this partnership, Netradyne’s flagship product Driver•i will be integrated into GreenLine’s fleet of trucks
Netradyne, a technology start-up company based in Bengaluru, has joined hands with Greenline Mobility Solutions, which operates a fleet of liquefied natural gas (LNG)-powered trucks in India.
The collaboration, to elevate fleet and driver safety, marks a significant step in reshaping road safety norms by utilising Netradyne Technology’s primary offering – Driver•i.
Netradyne’s Driver•i is a vision-based system, acts as a vigilant eye and dedicated coach for every driver. Utilising advanced AI and high-resolution cameras, Driver•i analyses driver behaviour in real-time, identifying risky practices such as distracted driving, drowsiness, and speeding before they can lead to accidents.
“We are beyond excited to join hands with GreenLine Mobility and look forward to supporting their fleet safety operations,” says Durgadutt Nedungadi, Senior Vice President, Netradyne. “Netradyne will ensure a smooth implementation and work closely with GreenLine Mobility to align better to their evolving business needs — and together, work towards creating safer roads and improved transportation standards in the industry.”
GreenLine LNG trucks have a significant environmental impact, showcasing up to a 30% reduction in CO2 emissions, complete elimination of SOx, a 59% decrease in NOx emissions, a 91% reduction in particulate matter emissions, and a 70% decrease in CO emissions compared to diesel trucks, says the official release.
Anand Mimani, CEO, of GreenLine Mobility Solutions says: “We take immense pride in our established presence within the logistics sector, committed to decarbonising India’s logistics landscape. This collaboration epitomises our collective commitment to pioneering advanced safety standards. By integrating Netradyne’s Driver•i, our goal is to enhance driver safety, fostering a secure environment for our dedicated drivers while delivering superior service excellence to our customers.”
The company is planning to add 1,000 LNG trucks to its fleet by the end of this year, and another 5000 trucks by next year, adds Mimani.
