Balachandran has an overall experience of 27 years in Procurement of Capital Equipment and Spares, Service Operations, Business Development, Maintenance Management, Client Relationship Management & Technical Services. He started his career in Essar Projects (1) Limited. His expertise lies in planning, executing, O&M, Heavy erections and steering service operations for a range of Heavy Equipment
Siddharth Bhagat has been actively engaged with the Essar Group over the last 23 years in various roles. He has a vast experience in a Steel Marketing in Eastern India and SAARC Countries. He even ensured the last mile logistics for customers in Eastern India. In his role at Seros, he has been actively engaged in Multimodal Logistics viz Port Operations, Railway Operations and Intro Plant Logistics. With the groups foray into Clean energy, he is heading in the development of both LNG and CNG as both a transport fuel and migration to both CNG and LNG powered vehicles.
